Class Lists For Year 2010

by DanielBoey on Dec.28, 2009, under Announcement

Hi Connaughtians,

The class list for year 2010 have already been arranged. You can now download the lists at the link below.

Please note that for form 2 and form 3, the streaming of the students from Class A to Class E is based on Students Performance. This means Class A to Class E students are sorted in descending order based on the average marks obtained in the Final Exam year 2009. Class F to Class I consist of Students who scored within the mid range of the average marks. Students in Class F to Class I are randomly distributed and NOT sorted based on their performance. This means students in Class F to Class I are “almost equally good” in terms of academic strength. Students who do not qualify for Class A to Class I are randomly assigned to one of the classes from Class J to Class M.

Once again, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Enjoy your Holidays.

The competition had ended and the members were very satisfied with the results achieved. After all the toil and hardship , they are now able to enjoy the fruit of labour, taste the sweet of success. By gaining the first hand experience in indulging in EYE Program, the interest of the members toward the world of business has greatly increased. Thank ExxonMobil for providing such an opportunity to the youngsters.

There will be another national stage  competition awaiting them next year . Hopefully, they are able to be the champion once again! Connaughtians will be proud of them!

Something new…

by Lim Ben-Jie on Dec.02, 2009, under Present Issue

Something new is brewing up in our school.

Something that will be part of our schools history for years to come.

Something that we have all been anxiously waiting for a long time.

Look at the pictures below and you will know what I am talking about.

Block D

Block D U/C

Block D staircase.

It’s finally up. The first, second and third floor of our new Block D in SMK Taman Connaught. (Well, almost up)

However, there is still a long way to go before the building is officially completed.

For now, we have something interesting to look forward to next year.

The completion of this new building will bring about massive changes to our schools system.

Our Bengkel Kemahiran Hidup or Living Skills Workshop will be remembered as it was once located at this spot.

However, something new will be replacing it forever.
